Power to the Chrysler 300 C comes from a 5.7 liter hemi V8 engine that produces 359 hp at 5150 rpm and torque of 389 lb ft at 4250 rpm. The other engine available to the model is a 6.1 liter V8 version that delivers 425 hp at 6000 rpm and torque of 380 lb ft at 4250 rpm. The V8 engine is mated to a standard 4-speed automatic transmission. With the V8 engine, the 300 C can achieve fuel economy of 16 miles per gallon in the city premises and 25 miles per gallon on the highway roads.
