The Chrysler 300 model comes with slight changes for 2009. It shares its basic design with the Dodge Charger sedan model. It is offered in 5 trim levels, namely the Chrysler 300 Touring, Limited, Touring Signature, SRT8 and 300 C. Limited and Touring models are offered in all wheel drive, while the other models are offered in rear wheel drive.
Engine
The Chrysler 300 Touring version comes powered by a standard 2.7 liter V6 engine that generates 178 hp of power and 150 lb ft of torque. The V6 engine is mated to 4-speed automatic transmission, while it also offers 5-speed automatic transmission as optional. With the V6 engine, the Touring model can achieve fuel economy of 16 mpg in the city premises and 25 mpg on the highway roads. The top speed of the model is electronically limited to 120 miles per hour.
